The Details.

"Newt" is a soft, detailed portrait of a young kit created with panpastel and pastel pencils. Currently displayed in Eclipse Gallery at Deerhurst Resort the artwork measures 20 x 16". "Newt" also received honorable mention in the Canadiana Show in 2017 at Barrie City Hall.

The original reference photo was taken by an amazing friend and photographer who took photographs of the runt of a litter of foxes in Barrie, whom she nicknamed "Newt". An energetic troublemaker who quickly stole our hearts.

Four limited edition prints were sold prior to discontinuing prints and the original is now available for purchase.
