Photograph Copyright *

I confirm that I own the photographs I am submitting, or I have received permission from the copyright holder to provide them to Crystal Clarke Animal Art for the purpose of creating artwork. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that Crystal Clarke Animal Art is not infringing upon another person's copyright by using these photographs as reference material.

Artistic Interpretation *

I understand that the finished artwork will be created in Crystal Clarke Animal Art's artistic style and that Crystal Clarke Animal Art retains all rights to the artwork created. I understand that the artist may crop, alter, interpret, combine, or otherwise modify the submitted reference photographs as part of the artistic process.

Selection *

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee that my animal will be selected for a custom original.

Purchasing Terms *

I understand that if my animal is selected, the Original artwork is 8 x 10", unframed, and priced at $1,500 CAD, plus tax. A $500 CAD, plus tax, non-refundable deposit is required to secure the Original and is applied toward the purchase price.

Artwork Rights *

I understand that Crystal Clarke Animal Art retains all rights to the resulting artwork, including the right to reproduce, publish, exhibit, license and sell reproductions or products featuring the artwork.
