Originals & Commissions
How do I get an Original?
Owning an original is so special; soft yet detailed and vividly rich in depth and colour.
Each original, once released, is available on my website (aka here!) and will be advertised on social media, with direct links and early access to my mailing list (link to join is at the bottom of the page)
Do you do commissions?
My custom commissions are currently closed.
When I choose to do a commission, the entries are ONLY available to those on my mailing list (link to join is at the bottom of the page).
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are available for all artwork available online. You will see the option at checkout.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. While framed canvas prints ship within 2-3 weeks.
Delivery times vary by location—Canadian orders usually arrive within 1 -7 business days, while international orders may take 10-14 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes!
All orders come with tracking information that will be emailed to you once shipped.
The only exception is greeting cards sent via the lettermail option—these go through Canada Post without tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
If your Country is not listed, please reach out for custom shipping pricing.
Product & Sizes
What sizes are available?
Unframed Original artwork typically ranges from 5 x 7" to 11 x 14", occasionally up to 16 x 20".
Greeting Cards measure 4.2 x 5.5" folded
Fine Art Giclee Prints range from 5 x 7" to 11 x 14"
Large Canvas Prints range from 18 x 24" up to 30 x 40". If you're dreaming of something larger, please reach out—I'd love to discuss what's possible.
Are canvas prints available framed?
Yes!
Canvas prints are available both framed and unframed, so you can choose what works best for you.
if there is artwork as a Fine Art Print that you would like larger as a canvas print, please reach out.
Are greeting cards blank inside?
Yes, all greeting cards are blank inside and include an envelope.
Care Instructions
How do I care for an Original?
Most of my original artwork comes framed and is already protected for you.
Keep it out of direct sunlight, as the sun can bleach the colours over time.
If your piece is unframed:
Pastels are such a glorious material to work with; the only downfall is that they can smudge, and dust fragments may fall because of this.
So, after your initial, beautiful unveiling of the piece, I recommend leaving the artwork in its protective covering it arrives in until framed.
Professionally frame your Original with a spacer- to allow the pastels to breathe and to catch any dust fragments, and use UV-protected glass.
How do I care for my Fine Art Print?
Keep your Fine Art Print out of direct sunlight, wash your hands before handling, and display it behind glass to protect it for years to come.
Returns & Policies
Refund Policy
Every artwork is handled with the utmost care and listed and photographed with great detail and accuracy, so that you are full of nothing but anticipation after purchase.
Please take the time to read the descriptions carefully and check the colours on multiple screens.
Because of this, all sales are final except in certain situations.
If you're not completely satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss.
Damage or defect
Crystal Clarke Animal Art stands behind their products and wants you to be absolutely in love with your new purchase.
If your art or product appears defective or damaged in any way, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Please note that we will only be able to offer support if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
Rights & Copyright
Who owns the Rights of the artwork?
Crystal Clarke Animal Art retains the rights to all artwork and products created.
This includes commissioned original artwork, prints, greeting cards, and images of artwork.
Crystal Clarke Animal art retains the right to reproduce all artwork the artist creates. No one else may reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
If the artwork ends up being photographed in a magazine or other media, I ask for credit on the artwork to be noted in the media, and congratulations on your beautiful home!

I offer designers a discount on Fine Art Prints and Large Canvas Prints.
Please email hello@crystalclarkeart.com so we can set up a specific coupon code for you to use frequently on print orders.
Work cannot be marked up without consent, nor do I offer discounts on Original Artwork
