'She-Wolf' Original wolf pastel artwork

She-Wolf was created in the spring of 2024 during a time of momentous change. I was going in for a major surgery and had handed in my resignation to the job I had worked at for 12 years to go full-time as an artist. This piece was TRANSFORMATIVE and moved fluidly through these large shifts in mindset, the struggles of healing, and the celebration of coming out on top. 
 
Let this artwork be a constant reminder that we were meant to do bold things. We will survive our struggles and emerge powerfully. 
 
An original pastel artwork, 14" x 11", created using panpastel and pastel pencils on pastelmat. 
 
Built up layer by layer until the essence of the wolf emerged - breathtaking and complex. This piece is absolutely gorgeous and will capture your gaze and your heart to bring out the strength within.
