Prints

What are the prints printed on?

The artist paper chosen for the prints is premium presentation matte paper - a thick, ultra-smooth, lush paper - which allows the true depth of the colors to vividly show in crisp detail. Each print is borderless, filling up the entire print size selected

How accurate are the prints?

I have spent COUNTLESS hours to ensure they look as close as possible to the originals.  They look SO  GOOD!! I am SO proud of the way they look and the beauty that they bring to every home.

How do you care for prints?

My prints are sealed in acid and lignin-free, resealable, archival-safe clear bags, which protects the artwork until you are ready to frame. When storing keep away from high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight. Do NOT put tape on the front of your print.

Can I get a refund?

Every order is handled with the utmost care. Listed and photographed with great detail and accuracy so that you are filled with nothing but anticipation after purchase.  Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and check the colors on multiple screens.  Because of this, all sales are final except for certain situations. Please email me at crystalclarkeanimalart@gmail.com.  Please check your prints immediately upon receiving them.

Originals

How do I get an original?

I create as many beautiful originals as able and release them on my website. This will be well advertised before the release on my social media and on my mailing list. These originals tend to go pretty quickly, so be sure to be on the mailing list for all the announcements.

How do you care for originals?

Originals are protected with a translucent, acid-free glassine paper sheet then placed into acid and lignin-free, resealable, archival-safe clear bag, which protects the artwork until you are ready to frame. Pastels are such a glorious material to work with; soft, yet detailed, and vividly rich in depth and color. The only downfall is they can smudge and dust fragments may fall because of this. So, after your initial, beautiful unveiling of the piece I recommend leaving the artwork in this protection until framing.

Commissions

How do I get a commission?

I will open the limited commission spots once or twice yearly. As I create more originals for my collectors and produce each print in the studio my time and energy flow are limited. I LOVE creating custom-made pieces that fill your heart and homes with the animal you are deeply connected to, so be sure to be on the mailing list and be prompt in responding when commission spots are available.
