How do I get an original?

Owning an original is so special; soft yet detailed and vividly rich in depth and color. Each Original, once released, is available on my website and will be advertised on social media, with direct links and early access to my mailing list. You can find Original pastel artwork HERE

Do you do Commissions?

My custom commissions are currently closed. If this changes, those on my mailing list will be notified first, so keep an eye on those emails. Go HERE for more details.

How do you care for originals?

Your purchased original pastel artwork will be protected with a translucent, acid-free glassine paper sheet, sealed in acid and lignin-free, archival-safe clear bag, protecting the work of art until you are ready to frame. Pastels are such a glorious material to work with; the only downfall is they can smudge, and dust fragments may fall because of this. So, after your initial, beautiful unveiling of the piece, I recommend leaving the artwork in this protection until framing.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans for Original artwork will be available shortly. This is available using Afterpay after checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Every original artwork is handled with the utmost care. Listed and photographed with great detail and accuracy so that you are full of nothing but anticipation after purchase. Please take the time to read the descriptions carefully and check the colors on multiple screens. Because of this, all sales are final except for certain situations. Open and check your original immediately upon receiving them.

How is my artwork shipped?

Originals

Each unframed original is secured onto a sturdy board using mount corners. A translucent, acid-free glassine paper sheet is placed over the top of the artwork to protect the pastel from smudging. Sealed in an acid-free, lignin-free, archival-safe, clear bag. It is advised to keep stored this way until it is framed.
Unframed Originals smaller than 15" are safely packaged between two sturdy matt boards and placed into a rigid mailer and shipped directly to you.
Unframed Originals larger than 15" are mailed safely rolled in a sturdy tube with a translucent, acid-free glassine paper sheet placed over the top of the artwork. If you prefer your artwork to be mailed flat, please email for a direct shipping charge quote.
Framed Originals are wrapped in packaging paper, padded extremely well, and mailed in a well-fitting, sturdy cardboard box.
Most artwork is shipped by Canada Post with a tracking number and will arrive within 2-4 business days.

Prints:

All prints are handled with loving care, packaged with a sturdy backing board, and placed in acid-free, resealable, archival-safe clear bags. It is then mailed in a rigid flat mailer.

If there is any discrepancy in shipping charges based on your shipping destination, I will let you know via email.

International Shipments:

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. If there is any discrepancy (-/+), we will let you know via email. For a direct quote please EMAIL
For International packages: border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries, which the International buyer will be responsible for.
Tracking can be tricky and sometimes unreliable with international shipments. The artwork leaves my studio to be safely delivered to you with tracking by Canada Post.

Who owns the rights to the artwork?

I retain the rights to all artwork and products I create. This includes commissioned original artwork, prints, greeting cards, and images of artwork. I retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork I create. No one else may reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

What are the Fine Art Prints printed on?

Your Fine Art Giclee Print is printed on premium presentation matte paper - a thick, ultra-smooth, lush paper. Each print is borderless, filling up the entire chosen print size.

Countless hours have been spent ensuring each Fine Art Giclee Print is as close to the original as possible. I am DELIGHTED with the results and the beauty they bring to every house.

When storing - keep away from high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight. Do NOT put tape on the front of your print.
